Purchases made before 12:00pm of each day will be processed, carefully packed and dispatched/shipped out the next day. We will email a tracking number to you once your item(s) has been sent out.
Once you have received your tracking number via email, you may click Track my parcel to track the parcel on our website. Alternatively, you may also track the parcel at the courier’s website.
Tracking numbers are usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier’s end. If your order was completed during weekend / public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day.
You must ensure you will be available to accept delivery at the Delivery Address on the delivery date. If you are not available and re-delivery is required, an email will be sent for you to arrange re-delivery. Where re-delivery is required because you were not available at the agreed time, you consent to pay additional Delivery Fees as required by the Delivery Courier.
